The general census would commence with the enumeration at Raj Bhawan (House of The Governor) followed be the residence of Chief Minister. All he enumerators have been provided with 29 point questionnaire. The questions asked will be used to enumerate people on the basis of caste ( Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Others). There would not be separate enumeration on the basis of other backward castes and other groups. People would also be asked questions about their religious faith, male/ female identity, mother tongue etc and languages known. People can voluntarily disclose about their heterosexual or homo sexual identity.
There are more than 2 lakh workers involved in the census work in the state which include enumerator, supervisors and master trainers. Provisional census data is expected to be ready by the last of March 2011.
