In India we celebrate each year Teacher’s day on 5th September. On this day our 2nd President Dr. Sarvpalli Radhakrishnan was born. He started his career as teacher and later on he also worked in Harvard / Oxford . He spent his 40 years as a ideal teachers, who was not only a teacher but also a philosopher, elocuter, politician and administrator. Because of these qualities, he was able to become the president of India. In 1962, some of his students and fans asked him to celebrate his Birth day as Teacher’s day. He agreed to their request and from that year onwards in India this day is celebrated as Teacher’s day to commemorate the contribution of teachers and recognized their hard efforts. After parents, teachers are the 2nd parent who guide and make us learn what is right and wrong. Thus, they are the creator of any country’s future.
